For addicts without faith as part of the way they live their life, there is now the SMART program they can use in their ongoing addiction recovery needs. SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) has formed an entire organization behind the many advances that we have seen in addiction recovery throughout recent years. If you need science-based recovery treatment, SMART's in-person and online resources should help immensely.

The closest drug rehab facilities to Osburn can be found in Kellogg. There are three in Kellogg, all of which are outpatient in nature. At these facilities you can find progressive treatment, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy. Each of these drug rehab facilities provide outpatient therapy.
A trip over to Kellogg is also necessary to find any treatment centers for alcohol abuse near Osburn. Kellogg has two, both of which provide outpatient programs.
