In 2010, after finding his own recovery, Robert dedicated his life to helping others find freedom from addiction. Since then, he has created innovative, and successful addiction treatment programs, across the Western US. Robert has extensive experience with marketing, brand management, web development and intake coordination.
In 2014 Robert co-founded Northpoint Recovery in Boise, Idaho. From Northpoint’s inception, Robert oversaw the facility layout, marketing campaigns and key team development. With Northpoint’s growth and success, Robert assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer. Today he is responsible for supervising daily operations of the administrative, marketing and intake teams, as well as; assisting in key growth initiatives.

For more than 20 years, Jennifer Freeman has led several successful financial teams and departments to enhance profits, the last 13 years have been in healthcare. Her goal has always been to provide vision and superior support for every team she has been a part of. In 2017, her passion for the chemical dependency treatment field brought her to our facility. Along with her team, Jennifer manages every aspect of the faciities’ finances, including internal and external reporting, auditing and growth processes.
Jennifer has become a valuable part of the Northpoint Recovery team. She is vision-oriented, highly motivated and a strong leader. With her experience and background, Northpoint Recovery looks forward to many more years of success providing patients with the help they need to recover from addiction.
Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Northpoint Recovery, Steve had been part of large corporations for the past 16 years. Since joining Northpoint Recovery, Steve is truly able to combine his learned skill set with his true passion, helping people effected by the disease of addiction. He is driven to help Northpoint Recovery reach as many people as possible find relief from their addiction.
VP, Idaho Market
Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Boise State University’s Advanced Standing Social Work Program in May of 2013. Erica’s professional background has been in substance abuse, crisis intervention, family therapy, trauma therapy, vulnerable population advocacy, and working within the LGBT community. She finds passion in getting to the underlying cause of ongoing struggles for clients. Erica consistently works towards encouraging and motivating clients to seek ongoing change in life to better their circumstance. Erica continues to contribute to, and advocate for, the addict and alcoholic recovery community. She finds that working in this field is not only rewarding but life changing, as well. Erica is excited to continue to grow professionally within Northpoint Recovery.
Director of Human Resources
Autumn joined Northpoint Recovery in 2017 bringing 10+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, employment law compliance, HRIS implementation, employee relations, and benefits administration. When not at work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her two children and dabbling in home design. Autumn earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from the University of Idaho. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV).
Regional Program Director
Michael Biggins M.Ed has been in treatment services for the last 13 years. Michael has held many positions in the substance abuse field. Michael has worked in nearly all adult treatment modalities - from conflict resolution for violent offenders to court supervised treatment for a diverse adult addicted population to treatment care for opiate sufferers to self-determined outpatient services to inpatient adult treatment services to education for patients, families and the community. Michael brings a supportive, patient-centered, strength-based approach to the multidisciplinary team at Northpoint Recovery. Michael recognizes the treatment focused, 24-hour structured, holistic care offered by the Northpoint program affords patients the greatest opportunity for success and he is proud to be a member of the team of clinicians.
Director of Patient Services
Nycole is a registered nurse with a passion for providing unbiased quality care to underserved populations within the community. She brings care and compassion from her experience as a hospice case manager, as well as knowledge and experience in substance abuse from her time working in a unique detention setting. She is ACLS certified in emergency care in order to provide a medically safe detox. Nycole enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary team based setting, and is passionate about providing a safe environment for clients to begin their new life. Nycole earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Director of Clinical Outreach
Tim Adrian is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Addiction & Recovery industry. Tim is a graduate of Oregon State University (go Beavs!) and a Certified ARISE Interventionist. By the grace of God, Tim has over 20 years of continuous sobriety which is what originally drew him into this industry. He is passionate about helping others find health in recovery through a spiritual path, and community engagement as a volunteer with Recovery Cafe, Snohomish County AOD Board, and Celebrate Recovery to name a few. When he’s not working, Tim enjoys golf, hiking and enjoying the Pacific Northwest.
Director of Nursing
Circe is a registered nurse with 25 years of healthcare experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team with over 10 years of leadership experience. She was a licensed paramedic for 17 years and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support to assist our team in providing our medically safe detox. Circe is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned her Masters of Nursing in Clinical Systems Management from Excelsior College. She is a member of Sigma Tau International Honor Society in Nursing.
Director of Contracting
Janice Fulkerson, has over twenty-five years of progressive leadership experience in the health care industry and over 30 years in the nonprofit sector. She has expertise in administration, start-up operations, network and product development, and strategic planning. Janice calls herself a natural ‘builder’ and recently joined Northpoint Recovery, as the Director of Contracting.
Janice currently sits on the board of Your Health Idaho, the Idaho insurance exchange as well as the State of Idaho High Risk Pool board. Her work experience includes ten years with The Regence Group, six years as Executive Director of the BrightPath network, and several years consulting with accountable care organizations. She is a 2015, 2016 Idaho Business Review Woman of the Year, and was selected as the 2017 Big Sister of Year for Big Brother’s Big Sisters.
Janice graduated from Boise State University, served in the United States Army Ready Reserve, and is applying her skills to payer contracting and working with the administrative team.
Director of Compliance and Licensing
Teresa McClure is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She brings to the Northpoint Recovery team her strong ability to connect with her clients and their families. She has a strong background working with mental health and co-occurring disorders, as well as addiction. Teresa graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Masters Degree in Counseling.
Dr. Coire Weathers was born and raised in Boise's north end. After attending the College of Idaho, Dr. Weathers moved to Baltimore, Maryland for medical school. He attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Weathers enjoyed Baltimore and chose to remain there for his Residency in Psychiatry. Dr. Weathers has always been particularly interested in community psychiatry. As part of his training, he was able to accompany members of different specialties as they went out into the Baltimore community offering psychiatric care to the underserved. Dr. Weathers developed an immediate respect for the mental health providers in Baltimore's inner city who were dedicated to helping people with addiction and psychiatric illness when they had no where else to turn. After completing his residency, he chose to return home to Boise, working as both an inpatient and outpatient psychiatrist. Dr. Weathers is excited to be part of the Northpoint team, working to help people in the city he loves.
Director of Billing Services
Julia comes to us from Arizona, where she was born and raised. In 2014 she was offered the opportunity to move to Boise to help open Northpoint, and has been with us since inception. She graduated from University of Arizona in 2008 with a BA in political science, and is currently pursuing her Masters in public health. Working in the substance abuse industry for over four years, she had the opportunity to explore various positions before landing in the billing department. Her favorite part about working as Director of Billing for Northpoint is the ability to offer flexible payment plans to patients.
