Mental Health Resources in Kellogg, Idaho
- The Shoshone County Crisis & Resource Center offers referrals and crisis intervention services. Please call (208) 556-0500.
- Alliance Family Service is there to help individuals and families find quality mental health services in their areas. Please call (208) 783-0660.
- Idaho 211 is a free hotline that can be used to obtain referrals and information about area mental health services.
- The Children’s Mental Health Council offers community resources for families who have children with severe mental health issues. Their phone number is (208) 665-8960.
- The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare can provide people with referrals to mental health services. Call (208) 784-1352 to learn more.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline can be reached by calling 1-800-273-8255.

- Support groups are available through the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes for many types of mental illnesses. They can be reached by calling (208) 478-4026.
- The Idaho Youth Ranch offers support groups to young people struggling with mental health issues.
- People who suffer from schizophrenia or related mental health issues can find support as well through their local NAMI office.
- CHADD is an organization that offers support groups for people who struggle with ADD/ADHD.

The Promise Program: Private, Outpatient Mental Health Treatment in Idaho
In many cases, professional treatment is needed for people to manage their mental health issues well. The Promise Program is a great option. It is available at both of our Ashwood Recovery locations in Nampa and in Boise.
The Promise Program treats several mental health conditions, such as:

Our Closest Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility
Our closest addiction treatment program to the Kellogg area is Northpoint Washington, which is located in Edmonds. It is about 5 hours and 20 minutes away, and it offers several types of treatment, including drug rehab and detox and alcohol treatment. Alcoholics are required to go through the detoxification process for their own safety.
