  • Detox.
  • Inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation.
  • Sober living. This is additional time in an inpatient setting.
  • One-on-one counseling. You can take part in this when you do inpatient or outpatient rehab. It can also be done independent from any other treatment. Counseling allows you to find out why you started abusing substance in the first place. You also gain tools to help you cope with triggers.
  • Group therapy. This is also done in inpatient and outpatient rehab. You get insight into addiction from others and have a chance to talk openly about your journey.

Why Inpatient Rehab Isn’t Always the Right Choice

While inpatient rehab has a lot of benefits, it may not be right for you. If you have a mild addiction and have already gone through an inpatient rehab program, you should be able to benefit greatly from an outpatient program. If you have to keep on working or have other obligations, it is just not possible to get away for 28 days. Again, this is where outpatient programs are helpful.

Our Closest Location

You may find that it’s in your best interest to attend inpatient rehabilitation elsewhere. Your insurance may possibly cover the travel costs as well as the program itself. Here are the flight options. Just a one hour flight from Oregon City to Boise. ID.
